Out!

The thing about living with... oh, nevermind.

I have already ranted quite a bit on fb about how my computer got interfered with and is now hospitalised and awaiting diagnosis. I am now using an old spare Chinese computer that is somehow banned from logging into SL.

The good news is that words spread very fast in fb, and my Eturnal Night family have offered to help ensure that my cats don't starve and can even continue to breed while I wait things out and (try not to) plot my revenge since I have nothing better to do with my free time now. Thanks Karen, Oracle and Sashia! I promise to come up with a good revengeget a nice break and come back as good as gold.

I am still ranting.

This is my mustard-momo(not)taro-mum. Long story. And I can't remember it! I call her Momomom or Momomum for short, which is not very short.

But she is very short. In AV.

She was parachuting. I was paparazzing.

It's nice to have family no matter how. :p

There is always a first time for everything.

I fought my first war last night. Without any prior training.

That is, apart from that time when I accidentally killed our Queen. And that other time I bullied Karen right after I connedconvinced her to buy a war hud too.

Anyway, training sessions for our army were always held during my RL sleeptime. And I firmly believe that life is hard enough without having to wake up in the middle of the night to train for war.

I might have broken some of the war rules a few times without knowing it (sorry!), but I think I did pretty well for a virgin fight, since I only got killed about 10 times.

According to my army, this war that I happened into was a crazed and difficult one. Our opponents were experienced, lethal and persistent. And it didn't help that our army's best fighters were not in-world when we were invaded.

I supposed that was why we got wiped out.

One year old!

Err, so it was my rezzday yesterday. I woke up to a SL family split.

When I moved into Eturnal Twilight, we had a family split almost immediately and our group became Eturnal Night. Now we have another split on my rezzday. Yup, I am quite the jinx. I wonder why Sashia still loves me so much.

Ok, I jest. No hard feelings. We all need to do what we think we need to do. I didn't need to joke about it. But then, did it have to choose my rezzday?! *ahem* I demand that gives me a little leeway to jape a bit.

Regardless, I sort of celebrated my rezzday by throwing a megaprim into the SIM and getting the whole family excited over... a prim. I even managed to activate a couple of family heros to search for my all-important megaprim. The most heroic of the heros who found my megaprim also found... more. I had apparently thrown out a wall and a pose stand that I don't remember. A wall!

(Now you know, my main job in Eturnal Night is to litter the SIM. And I do a really good job.)

So if you asked me how my rezzday went, I'd say, "Embarassing".

Oh, and Karen gave me a pair of shoes. :D Thank you!

And Redice decided to let me bite her! :D

I think I am running a fever today. I need to go back to sleep.

Relief Bears, Pacific Crisis Fundraiser and FFL/RFL

My blog is really meant to be a diary and not a current affairs blog. But I am making an exception now because... I don't know. I feel overwhelmed, but not in a way that anyone should get worried about.

SL designers have put up a very commendable fundraising event which will start today. Proceeds will be used to support the Americares efforts.

Ok, here we go...

I came unprepared and I am going to just post whatever pops into my mind.

My SL for the past week was pretty quiet except for a couple of good laughs. One of them was a frenzy that happened last night when we brought in 3 new members into our Eturnal Night family all at the same time, in the same place. Just before sleepy-me was about to crash.

Gotta admire Sashia, I don't know how she did it, juggling that messy situation so well. Not only did she manage everything with great presence of mind, she saved me from learning French. (Oh, I don't mind learning French, it's just not exactly possible within 2 minutes.) Long story, really. :p

Welcome to Eturnal Night, and our confused blogger hopes you enjoy our family as much as I do.

It was a good time for sorting inventory. I mean when it was quiet, not last night. I have gone back down to 9+k. :D

I miss Karen. :(

My writing is so messed up today that maybe I should just shut up.

I became a Hybrid!!!

It was an impulse decision. As impulsive as shopping. :/

So, anyway. I have witnessed dozens of turnings by now and knowing what to expect, I managed to do a decent job with the pics this time in comparison with my previous 2 turnings. I am really pleased. :)
